Delivery & returns

Islandwide, in a few days, and easy to swap.

We deliver to every district in Sri Lanka — by our own riders around Colombo, and by courier everywhere else.

Delivery: Rs 450 islandwide. Free on 2+ items over Rs 5,000, or any order over Rs 7,500. The bag tells you how close you are before you check out.
How long: Packed and dispatched in 2–5 working days. Colombo is usually the quicker end of that; the courier calls before they arrive.
Exchanges: 7-day exchange, from the day it arrives. Unused, in its packaging, and we swap it for the right one.
Returns: If a swap will not do, we take it back under the returns policy — unused, in its original packaging, within the same window.
