Instructions for Use:

Power On: Place the spoon on a flat surface and press “ON/OFF”. The display will show “0.0g” and enter weighing mode.
Tare: Use the “TARE” button to reset the display to zero after placing a container or before adding ingredients.
Hold/Lock: Press “HOLD” to lock the displayed weight.
Unit Switch: Press “MODE” to toggle between weight units: g, oz, c, and gn.
