All orders are packed and dispatched from our fulfillment hub in Gampaha, Sri Lanka.

đź•’ Processing & Delivery Time
  • Order Processing: Orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).
  • Standard Delivery: Once dispatched, delivery within Sri Lanka typically takes 1–3 working days, depending on your location.
📦 Delivery Fees
  • Delivery fees are fixed at LKR 350 Islandwide.
  • Any free delivery promotions will be clearly marked on relevant products or during campaigns.
🔍 Order Status

As soon as your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email or SMS.

📦 Damaged or Missing Items

We take great care in packaging, but if your order arrives damaged or with missing items:

  • Please contact us at support@casafinds.lk within 48 hours of receiving the delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged product and the packaging.
  • We’ll review and offer the best possible resolution as per our return and refund policy.
âť— Delayed or Undelivered Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected delivery window:

  • Reach out to us at  or via 070 366 7777 via WhatsApp for assistance.

If delivery attempts fail and you are unreachable for more than 4 days, we reserve the right to cancel the order. A refund will be issued after deducting applicable shipping and payment processing fees.

⚠️ Out of Stock Items

We try our best to keep our inventory up to date, but occasionally, a product may go out of stock after you place an order. If this happens:

  • You’ll be notified within 24 hours, and
  • A full refund will be processed to your original payment method.
